19th Annual Elwood Community Days Parade Saturday September 12th 11:00 A.M. Line up begins at 10:15 Parade Route: Starts at corner of South and Chicago Streets, North on Chicago Street to end of route (Elwood School). Judges stand will be located in front of Elwood School.
